Been using this stuff for years now and I cannot see using anything else in a high-performance in-line muzzleloader. Shooting it in my 45 caliber Omega, using Precision Rifle’s 45 caliber sabots and 35 caliber 190 grain lead ballistic tips, with 120 grains of this powder and the 25 ACP conversion breach plug with small rifle magnum primers.

Has been a great powder in my TC Encore. This is my 6th year hunting with the same 10oz can and it has been remarkably shelf stable and consistent over time. I suspect that folks who have trouble with it are either using the wrong primer or have the wrong breach plug. Keep the flash hole clean and use a hot 209 primer (not a 209 muzzle loader primer!) and you will never look back.

Shot this in my TC Impact with virtually no smoke using 90 grains of powder it is a little pricey so I ordered a four pack to keep prices lower. I only swabbed twice in 10 shots while sighting in gun and clean up was easy

This is by far the best powder for muzzleloaders in my opinion. It burns clean enough that it is not necessary to clean after each shot, and it’s very consistent. 5 stars all the way!

Best muzzleloader substitute powder out there. Low residue means no swabbing between shots. My cva Wolf loves it!

Cleaning, consistently with Barnes 285 boattails and haverster sabots! Deadly groupings. Why use anything else.

I check my tc encore with this powder in October early muzzleloader season. Shoots less that an inch group with various sabot’s I don’t clean the gun until late muzzleloader season in December and the barrel shines up spotless no corrosion at all. Awesome stuff 👍

This a a great product. The barrel stays clean after prolonged use and the loaded sabots just keep sliding down the barrel. Clean up is fast and easy with most any barrel cleaner used for high power rifle bullets.

Best powder out there! Always fires, very clean and allows for 8-10 shots with minimal fowling, great for hunting!
